Sideline IQ ("the App") is designed with your privacy in mind. We believe you should be able to learn football without sacrificing your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how we handle it.

The short version: Your data stays on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or sell your personal information.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following information on your device only:

• Your learning progress (completed lessons, quiz scores)
• App preferences (sound settings, haptic feedback preferences)
• Game statistics (XP earned, streaks, achievements)
• Your selected learning track

This data is stored using your device's local storage and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• Contacts, photos, or other device data
• Financial information (Apple handles all payment processing)

Sideline IQ does not require you to create an account. You can use the App without providing any personal information. Your progress is saved locally on your device.

Note: Because data is stored locally, uninstalling the App will delete your progress.

Sideline IQ offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, process, or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or financial data.

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your data with any third parties because we do not collect it in the first place.

Your learning progress and preferences are stored using your device's secure local storage (AsyncStorage on iOS). Since data never leaves your device, there is no risk of server-side data breaches affecting your information.

While Sideline IQ is designed for adults learning football, the App does not collect personal information from any users, including children. There are no social features, messaging capabilities, or ways for users to interact with each other.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can:

• Delete all App data by uninstalling the App
• Clear App data through your device's settings

There is no data stored on our servers to request, modify, or delete.
